Steven Margolius joined Distribution International as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in June 2017. He has earned more than 30 years of operational and financial leadership experience in industrial distribution and manufacturing industries while serving at HD Supply, Arrow Electronics, and GE.
Prior to joining DI, Steve was a senior leader in multiple HD Supply (HDS) businesses before and after HDS became a publicly traded company. In HDS's largest business unit, Facilities Maintenance, he was Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Other roles during his 10 years of service at HDS include CEO and President of HDS Power Solutions, Chief Commercial Officer for HDS, Chief Operating Officer for Power Solutions, and President of HDS's Electrical and Plumbing/HVAC business.
Steve served as Vice President of Finance and Support Services for Arrow Electronics' North American Components Division from 2001 to 2006. In addition to his financial leadership role at Arrow, he led the logistics organization and the global lean sigma team. He was with GE from 1987 to 2001 in multiple financial leadership positions in U.S. and European-based manufacturing businesses, including GE Plastics and GE Appliances.
Steve holds a bachelor's degree from State University of New York and has attended advanced business leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Brian Crutchfield joined Distribution International as CFO in 2015. His current responsibilities include leading the Finance, Accounting, and M&A teams. Prior to DI, he served in several financial leadership roles for HD Supply, most recently as CFO of the Power Solutions Division.
Brian is a proven leader when it comes to building financial and business processes in both private and public companies. He began his career as an auditor at EY and holds a Master's in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
Lance Devin became Chief Operations Officer on June 1, 2020 and leads the functions that consistently deliver on DI's promise of exceptional service: Safety, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Fabrication, Logistics, Marketing, and Pricing. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Central Division from January 2018 to May 2020. He has nearly 20 years of operational leadership and sales experience in distribution, project-based business and manufacturing while serving at HD Supply and The Home Depot.
Prior to joining DI, Lance was a senior leader in multiple HD Supply business units from 2004 to 2017. In HD Supply's largest business unit, Facilities Maintenance, he was Vice President of Multifamily, Institutional and Property Improvement. Prior to that, Lance held the positions of President and Vice President of HD Supply's Interior Solutions business unit. Mr. Devin was a Project Manager for The Home Depot/Expo Design Centers in Denver, Colorado from 2002 to 2004.
Lance served in the U.S. Air Force for over nine years as a pilot, instructor pilot, flight examiner and functional check flight pilot. Lance has a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida and a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado.
Brett Hankey is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. Central Division, responsible for sales and operations across the Houston, Gulf Coast, and North Central regions. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading the teams that consistently deliver on DI's promise of exceptional service: Safety, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Fabrication, Logistics, Marketing, Pricing, and Communications. He joined DI as Vice President, Strategy and Transformation in July 2017, leading corporate-wide transformation for Sales, Service, and Supply Chain operations.
Brett has more than 20 years of commercial, operational, and strategic leadership experience in industrial distribution and manufacturing industries. His expertise is in leading teams to drive business growth and increase customer value by streamlining operations and improving supply chain effectiveness.
Prior to DI, Brett held several leadership positions at HD Supply including VP, Sales Strategy and VP, Operations and Supply Chain for HD Supply Facility Maintenance and, VP, Strategic Initiatives for HD Supply Corporate.
He began his career with GE where he held various assignments in sales, pricing, marketing, Six Sigma, and operations across GE Water Technology, GE Plastics, GE Supply and GE Industrial and Electrical Control.
Brett holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Joey Viselli is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. East and Silvercote Division. The U.S. East comprises DI's mechanical insulation business in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He also leads our Silvercote metal building insulation business and Railcar operations.
Prior to joining DI, Joey served as Senior Vice President of Silvercote, which DI acquired from Knauf Insulation in June 2019. He is based in Greenville, South Carolina at Silvercote's headquarters.
Joey has more than 30 years of experience with demonstrated success developing and implementing strategies that maximize the value of brands and build strong customer relationships. He began his professional career in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble in 1990, rising to the positions of Category Sales Manager and Global Brand Manager. He then led Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's North America Consumer Brand and Marketing functions for five years before joining Knauf Insulation in 2009. He served as their first VP of Marketing, followed by executive leadership roles overseeing acquisitions, Sales and ultimately, Silvercote, where he was charged with improving organizational efficiency and sales performance.
He graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in management.
Korey Haun is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. West and Silvercote Division. The U.S. West comprises DI's mechanical insulation business in the Northwest, Southwest, and Rockies regions. He also leads our Crossroads mechanical insulation business in Canada.
Korey has more than 20 years of industry sales and operational leadership experience in the distribution and fabrication of commercial and industrial insulation products and accessories in Canada.
Prior to joining DI, Korey held progressive leadership roles at Crossroads C&I Distributors Inc. He also held sales and progressive leadership roles at CCI such as Technical Sales Representative, Sales Manager, VP Sales and President ? Canada.
Korey holds Marketing and Management Diploma's from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and has attended management and leadership programs at the University of Alberta and Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He has also been a prior board member of the Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC) and served on several of CCI's boards of directors as an active member since 2006.
Darla Lentz joined Distribution International as Chief Information Officer in August 2017. She brings more than 30 years of information technology experience in industrial distribution from serving at Anixter, HD Supply, and Hughes Supply.
Prior to joining DI, Darla served as Vice President, Information Technology - Global Sales for Anixter Inc., supporting all sales channels.
Darla served as Vice President Information Technology/Divisional CIO for HD Supply Power Solutions from 2007-2015. While at HD Supply Power Solutions, she led ERP implementations, application design and development, customer support, infrastructure rationalization and customer integrations. Prior to her role at Power Solutions, Darla led the Global IT Customer Services team for HD Supply. She also served as Vice President of IT Services for Hughes Supply and was responsible for support services, data architecture, disaster recovery, information security, application development, systems integration, data center operations, data communications and the telecommunications teams. Prior to joining Hughes Supply, Darla held several IT leadership positions in the retail industry.
Darla holds a bachelor's degree in information science from Christopher Newport University and an MBA from Long Island University.
Ibis Reynolds joined Distribution International as Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2017. She has earned more than 20 years of human resources strategic and leadership experience in manufacturing, energy and high-tech industries while serving at Hoechst Celanese, Thomas & Betts, and Aggreko.
Prior to joining DI, Ibis was a senior leader with Aggreko based in London. She led the Human Resources function in the Power Solutions division, which comprised emerging markets including 87 countries in Africa, Asia, Middle East, Caspian and Latin America. Ibis also held senior HR leadership roles within the North American and overall Americas regions during her time with Aggreko.
Ibis served as a Change Leader during her time at Hoechst Celanese to help the organization transform various businesses to higher profitability by improving their human capital focus and organizational structural design. Additionally, she led a global Payroll/HRIS implementation across 20 countries while at Thomas & Betts, consolidating 86 systems into a single global system. As a senior global business partner, Ibis has worked and lived in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, and Belgium leading HR projects to enable business results.
Ibis served for 10 years in the Naval Reserves Medical Corp and was recalled to active duty during Desert Shield/Storm. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California Miramar University and has attended advanced executive leadership programs at Columbia University in New York and IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland and Singapore.
