Polyisocyanurate (“polyiso”) elbows are made of pre-formed polyiso insulation and are designed to fit various pipe sizes. Polyiso insulation is a closed-cell, rigid foam insulation that provides excellent thermal performance. It provides energy efficiency through a high R-value, inherent fire resistant due to chemical bonds, and is an economic choice for most industrial and commercial applications. Polyiso elbows can be used in applications with service temperatures ranging from -100°F to 250°F and can be fabricated as Long Radius (LR), Short Radius (SR), or Socket Weld (SW) 90 and 45 degree elbows.
